Purpose:
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
Confidently use "am/is/are" in present situations and "was/were" in past contexts (e.g., "I am at home now" / "I was at school yesterday").
Talk about past environments using "There was/There were" (e.g., "There was a bench in the garden").
Share stories and past experiences using both regular and irregular verbs in Past Simple (e.g., "I visited my grandma" / "We ate pizza").
Ask and answer questions about past events ("Did you go...?" / "What did you do...?").
Students will gain the ability to navigate between present and past tenses, describe changes in their surroundings, andhold basic conversations about past experiences.
