For whom: This course is designed for primary school children who start learning English. A0/A1-level. 6-11 y.o.
More: The course can be taken from scratch or in an accelerated mode to review basic vocabulary and grammar. For the students learning language from scratch, many practical tasks of the course are given to practice only the vocabulary and grammar studied in previous lessons.
Purpose:
By the end of this course, students will confidently:
- Describe their home and surroundings using "There is/There are" (e.g., "There is a sofa in the living room. There are two chairs.").
- Name the location of items using prepositions of place (in, on, under, next to, between, behind).
- Talk about daily routines in the Present Simple (e.g., "I get up at 7. She goes to school by bus.").
- Express how often they do activities with adverbs of frequency (always, usually, often, sometimes, never).
- Describe what’s happening now using the Present Continuous (e.g., "He is cooking. They are watching TV.").
Students will build a strong foundation in everyday English, allowing them to narrate their lives, ask questions, and engage in simple conversations.
